The Artist sets the starting price for a limited number of keys to be minted.

Fans who pre-order a key receive a 24hr countdown to purchase "behind the scenes" at a discounted price, before keys become available to the public.

Fans may purchase a maximum of one key for a release (at its current market value) in exchange for ongoing exclusive access to the Artist's curated content for that release.

Once a key is purchased, it cannot be cashed in for at least 7 days–spend some time with the artwork first.

The following factors may positively affect the value of all keys for a release:

  • A space is shared
  • Fans that meet appreciation goals
  • Artist merch purchased through Nuova
  • A key holder tips the artist
  • A comment is made
  • A space is liked
  • Preview ratings

The following factors may negatively affect the value of all keys for a release:

  • Percentage of keys cashed in from the latest batch
  • An Artist is flagged for having violated our Artist Policy
  • A track is skipped before the minimum duration
  • A key is not used for appreciation within 90 days
  • A key is cashed in within 30 days of purchase
  • Preview ratings

Tips to the Artist, preorders & merchandise are non-refundable.

A key owner may cash in their key back on the marketplace at any time, in return for 88% of its market value back.
